Founded in 2023 in Estonia by German IT entrepreneur Bernhard Teufel, nets360 operates a next-generation network platform built for organizations that require secure and reliable connectivity beyond the limitations of the public internet.
We combine private infrastructure, direct interconnection, and flexible last-mile technologies into one unified platform. This enables enterprises, industrial operators, and public sector organizations to build highly secure and resilient networks across multiple countries and locations.

Bernhard has been building companies in the networking and communications industry for more than 20 years.
Over the last decade, he traveled, lived, and worked across 29 European countries, gaining firsthand experience of the continent’s cultures, businesses, and digital infrastructure challenges.
This experience led to a simple idea: Europe needs a new generation of independent and resilient connectivity infrastructure.
From this vision, nets360 was born.
