Founded in 2023 in Estonia by German tech entrepreneur Bernhard Teufel with the initial idea of providing Managed IoT Services, nets360 has since evolved into a provider-independent, next-generation network platform for IoT, enterprises, and ISPs. By leveraging private, dedicated infrastructure and strategic partnerships, we deliver superior performance, enhanced security, and direct cloud access — all while bypassing the public internet.
Start
In 2023, nets360 was founded by Bernhard Teufel with the vision of providing 360° IoT Managed Services.
The goal was to offer businesses a single point of contact that seamlessly integrates all components – from hardware and SIM cards to support and remote management. This approach aimed to make complex IoT projects faster to implement, improve operational efficiency, and ensure network security. From the very beginning, the focus was on creating a dedicated, closed network to protect IoT environments from external threats and guarantee maximum availability,
Development
It quickly became clear in the early stages that reliable IoT security is only possible with own infrastructure. Instead of renting infrastructure or relying solely on VPN technologies, nets360 began building its own closed network. In addition, nets360 integrated a SIM platform into its infrastructure to remain independent of individual mobile network operators. This integration enables the flexible use of SIM profiles from various providers, ensuring maximum coverage and redundancy.
Today
Today, nets360 is building a Europe-wide network platform for businesses, government institutions, critical infrastructure, ISPs, and IoT applications. Our provider-independent, high-availability network connects locations, cloud platforms, data centers, and IoT devices directly and securely – without passing through the public internet. We offer scalable solutions such as Connectivity as a Service, Network as a Service, site networking, internet backup, cloud interconnects, and remote management platforms. We combine low latency, high security, and full control with a clear mission: to create a sovereign, high-performance digital backbone for Europe.

nets360 was founded in Estonia and is now established in multiple European countries. In addition to our headquarters in Tallinn, we operate an office in Zurich as well as several satellite locations across other countries. This European presence allows us to work closely with customers and partners while staying connected to local markets.

Bernhard Teufel founded his first IT company over 20 years ago in the network and VoIP sector.
After traveling and living in 29 countries in Europe for the last 10 years to get to know the people, cultures and enterprises there, it was time to create a network company for Europe. From this idea nets360 was born.
