At nets360, we have a simple goal: to revolutionize IoT and OT security. To achieve this, we need clever minds in all areas.
Nets360 was founded in 2023 as an IoT Managed Services startup in Tallinn, Estonia. Initially, our concept was to offer hardware with connectivity and operation as a one-stop-shop solution. However, we quickly realized the security vulnerabilities prevalent in the IoT/OT industry and set out to create a secure, enclosed network. Today, we are working with industry-leading partners in IoT/OT security, such as Fortinet, to build the most secure network in Europe.
Founded by Bernhard Teufel in Tallinn, nets360 was established in one of Europe’s most digital nations. While we operate across Europe, our team comprises members from various countries, and we primarily communicate in English and German internally.

Skilled Network Engineers who are proficient in a range of networking technologies. Our focus areas include:
- BGP Routing
- Firewall management
- Network configuration
- VPN solutions
We collaborate with leading manufacturers in the industry such as Fortinet, Teltonika Networks, and Arista, ensuring our team works with the best tools and technologies available.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BGP Routing, Firewall setups, Network configuration, and VPN.
- Familiarity with our key partners’ technologies: Fortinet, Teltonika Networks, and Arista.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Dynamic Country Managers to lead our expansion into European markets. This pivotal role involves:
- Establishing and managing a sales and service organization within the country.
- Acquiring new direct sales customers.
- Developing a network of resellers/business partners.
- Localizing marketing activities to suit regional markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to effectively build and manage the sales and service infrastructure.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales and partnerships.
- Tailor marketing strategies to align with local cultural and business norms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management and business development.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent in the local language, with excellent communication skills in English.

Enthusiastic Sales Representatives to expand our customer base and reseller network across Europe. This role is crucial for driving our growth in the IoT and OT security sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new direct customers by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing resellers and business partners.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in technology or related fields.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
